hi, i am 24 years old pregnant woman and now i am in the second trimester exactly 19th week , in fact i felt by tenderness in my breast and some sensitivity in my nipples , upon massaging it i have noticed the appearance of clear discharges from the breast and after that had occurred i felt comfortable. Please try to give me an answer as i am very worry for that

What you are experiencing is very normal in pregnancy.
Its is due to the effect of the pregnancy hormone, progesterone.
Breast enlargement with prominent veins on the surface, tenderness, pricking sensation in your nipples, increased sensitivity and clear discharge from nipple when expressed are very normal. But its better not to express.
