Always Had Eczema On Inner Thighs But Now Increased Itching, Unbearable. Tried Caladryl, Hydrocortisone. Solution ?

I've always had eczema on my inner thighs by my bikini area and now that I'm 10 weeks the itching has become unbearable. I'm using caladryl and hydrocortisone but nothing is helping with the itching. I'm going insane at work and looks as if I'm addicted to touching my private parts when in reality I'm trying to itch without tearing my clothes off and going at it like a tiger. What else can I do that is safe and possibly more effective?

Hi,
Most probably you might have fungal infection as this is the commonest site for having fungal infection.
Apply anti-fungal cream locally for few days.
Take oral anti-fungal tablet like Flucanozole 150 mg after consulting your doctor.
If there is no improvement, consult dermatologist as physical examination will give exact idea about lesion.
Take Cetrizine orLevo-cetrizine once or twice a day for itching.
Ok and take care.
