After Reading Widal Test For Typhoid Positive, What Should We Do?

My son (10 years old) having fever for last 3 days was tested for Widal test for Typhoid. Result for S. Typhi "H" is 1/160 Positive and AH 1/80 is Positive . Rest all are negative. After administration of antiboitics, the fever has come dow. Pl advise.

It is a good sign that fever has come down. I will advise you to complete the course of antibiotics and rest.
Eat healthy foods. Typhoid is a water born disease so use clean water for drinking at home to avoid its spread.
