Thanks for the query.
Looksl ike somebody is getting treated for respiratory infection. Durataz and levoflox are antibiotics. If the patient is sensitive to these drugs then reactions such as rashes to breathlessness could occur. Rabiloc is a ppi which is a safe drug to use. Domstat has little or no side effect.

Durataz is a very potent high class IV antibiotic and used in serious infections respiratory, Skin, Gynaec, abdominal, Bone, brain etc while it has very few adverse effects it has some adverse effects like serious allergies.
Same about Levofloxacin and used orally as well as IV and now a days used in the treatment of infections like Pulmonary and Extra Pulmonary Tuberculosis
Rabiloc is a Proton Pump Inhibitor and used to control acidity but i have seen severe skin rashes to rabeprazole.
And lastly Domstat or Domperidone is used as an anti emetic or to control vomiting and in some patients causes sedation and rarely EPS

Homeopath Dr. Anshita Singh Rathore's  Response
Hi
Welcome to Healthcaremagic Forum

Durataz contains penicillin an antibiotic, it has the following sideeffcts-
nausea, vomiting, epigastric distress, diarrhea, and black hairy tongue. The hypersensitivity reactions reported are skin eruptions ,urticaria and other serum-sickness like reactions, laryngeal edema, and anaphylaxis.

Fever and eosinophilia .Hemolytic anemia, leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, neuropathy, and nephropathy are infrequent reactions and usually associated with high doses of parenteral penicillin.

Rabeloc is given here to reduced acidity, side effects may be headache, weakness, diarrhoea, leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, dry mouth, sleeplessness, anxiety, vertigo etc.

Levofloxacin is another antibiotic and may have a no of adverse effects like nausea, vomiting, toxicity related to gut, nervous system, liver toxicity etc.

Last one is an anti-emetic, used to reduced vomiting/nausea, its contraindicated during pregnancy and lactation.

The side effects are to be wieghted against the benefits ...rather need of tht particular drug. All side effects are not seen in every person. SOme may tolerate one drug better then others.

Takecare.
