Dear user, welcome yo healthcare magic.
We do not prescribe progesterone to support a pregnancy that is not well documented.
Your wife should have a transvaginal ultrasound to document a healthy intrauterine pregnancy at first, then the doctor may decide if she needs progesterone support.
Any way there are no significant side effects for your wife or baby from taking it.
Naturogest 200mg capsules can be used twice daily as oral capsules or as vaginal suppositories, same effect.
I wish you good luck with your pregnancy.
Dr. Ahmed Bahaa.
