Hi Wanda, Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum.
Since how long are you Daibetic? You are having Transient Ischemic Attacks (TIA) which may lead to a Full Blown stroke. You have the risk factors for this. Kindly visit a ER and get yourself examined by a Neurologist and get a CT Scan of head done to rule out any pathology. You are also having Diabetic Retinopathy in both eyes.

Wish you Good Health, Take Care.
