5 Year Old Having High Fever And Stomach Pain. What Is The Cure?

My five year old is currently feeling off with high fever an d stomach pain this isq the second time my ddaughter has been liked this, also the fever seems to hit her in the late afternoon and always as overnight, she comes good in the morning, until late afternoon this lasted for 1 week the last time, thanks

Hi, thanks for your query at HCM
For yours daughter's fever you can give her paracetamol (Syp. crocin DS or calpol 250mg) 6ml every 6th hourly if fever is recurrent.. then sponge him with luke warm water when ever he is having fever... for pain abdomen you can give his Syp Cyclopam 5 ml sos. It looks like it may be viral fever for which you can wait for 3 days for this fever to subside, if it still persists then it would be better if the child is seen by pediatrician to look for the cause. Hope this answers your concern.
