high degree fever with stomach pain
my son is 3years old and having stomach pain since 2nights for short interval. today he complained pain since morning and also he has high degree fever, foul smelling semi solid stool. i gave him panadol syrup and cefixime. his temp is not normal since morning. not lesser than 100 degree n shoots upto 102. plz tell me quickly am worried a lot.
