My aunt who is 47 years old and never had a kid and i don t think she ever had sex. Now, she s having her period and a very painful cramps to the point she didn t go to work for 3 days. Do you think that not experience sex may one of the cause her painful cramps? Also, during her younger days she didn t experience such painful cramps during her period.

Hi,
Thanks for query,
There are several reason for pain during periods one of this is endometrosis. The other possibility includes fibroids.
Not having sex has no relation with pain.
She should consult gynecologist for differential diagnosis of it.
Thanks.
