Hi dear

Welcome to the board of health care Magic.

Hydronephrosis occur because of the blockage of the outlet tube of kidney(uretor). This blockage could be any where in the uretor just below the pelvis or any where till the opening of uretor at the bladder.

This blockage could be because of any vessel, fibrous band, calculus or even opening of the uretor at the bladder is itself blocked.

Whatever is the cause it should be released at the earliest by the urologist, other wise because of the backpressure the kidneys will start damaging and it will continue damaging till the blockage is released.

Hope your query is answered with your satisfaction.

Thanks
