3 Month Baby, Green Stool. Advised Giving Only Breast Milk. Suggestions?
Hi, My baby is 3 months old and is passing green motion from past 3 weeks..He is on breast milk as well as formula..I give Nan Pro (1) is it normal..I have consulted pediatrician and they advise to give only breast milk. But its insufficient for my baby and he keeps crying..so i give Nan after which he is satified..Plz advise how to increase breast milk

generally antibiotics are not recommended for loose motions
you should give him extra fluid and ORS ,
monitor his hydration status
if there is any blood or fever or child starts vomit every thing then immediately visit you doctor
change his diaper after every loose stool
how nuch urine he is passing
continuous follow up to your gastroentrologist is necessary for 2nd line of investigations
