2D Echo Report Showed EF 36%. On Concore, Olmy, Cloptab A, Frucilac And Atocor Tablets. Any Physical Exercise Needed To Increase EF?

Sir, I am your patient last 2 yrs and in my 2 D echo report my EF is 36%, will you please tell me that how should i increase the EF, regularly i am taking the tablets ie concore 5mg, olmy 10 mg, cloptab A 75, frucilac, and atocor. By taking the tablets slowely it increased or any physicial excersise is required. For this kind act i shall remain greatful for ever. Thanking you sir From:-SURYA

Hi
As I understand You have low pumping capacity, i.e, low ejection fraction due to weakening of the cardiac(heart) Muscle. Your Physical exercise at this stage may be harmful to your Heart muscle, hence please desist from any kind of Physical Activity which may increase the demand on the already tired Heart. Please continue with the medications prescribed and be regular with your Doctor.
