Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Few patients feels excruciating pain due to Poly Cystic Ovarian Disease (syndrome).
This is a common complaint.
Hot flushes and vomiting is due to excruciating pain so first of all get a most potent pain killer like tramazole injection ( Intravenous very very slowly , as you will feel some drowsiness , so need not to worry).
Once pain subsides than consult a Gynaecologist and get treatment of P C OD.
Get in blood for estradiola, F S H/L H ratio.
Ultrasound of abdomen once again ,than deal.
Good luck.
