Hello, To confirm pregnancy, I suggest to undergo one serum beta-hCG test. It is more reliable than home pregnancy test. Beside pregnancy, there are several reasons of late period like hormonal ups & downs (effect of contraceptive pill), stress/ anxiety, over wt, certain psychiatric medication, ovarian cyst etc. Here, you must consult with gynecologist for complete evaluation with other relevant investigation (like USG, hormone test etc).
