17 Year Old, Diagnosed With Sjogrens Syndrome, High ESR. What Kind Of Diet Should Be Followed To Reduce ESR?

My 17 year old daughter was diagnosed with Sjögren's syndrome two years ago. Just found out her esr levels were elevated but I didn't ask wht the number was. The doctor said they were too high for someone her age, usually seen in someone middle aged. We are waiting for more blood work results. She has started her on plaquinil. Is there anything we should change in her diet to help reduce the levels?
