13 month old daughter has very hard, very pale poops

my 13 month old daughter has very hard, very pale stools. Last week they were very pale and very runny. She was on cows milk, but we have since switched to goats milk and lactose free whole milk. Her stools appear to be the same color, just the consistency has changed-now she goes quite often (at least 8 times a day) only passes a little, and cries and shakes the whole time. I m bringing her to the doctor in the morning, but is this something I should do something about tonight?
