11 Years Old, Have A Lump On The Breast. Sign Of Puberty?

I have a lump on my left boob I am eleven years old and my friends and parents say it is puberty and how a girls body will change and produce milking duct and I was not thing that was the case and so I wanted to talk to a real person that will know a little more than my parents so what is going on with me does it happen to a lot of girls or is it rare oh and also the lump is hard and round under the left nipple and it is kind of the size of a nikkle

A palpable lump during breast beneath the nipple should not be ignored.
