10 Weeks Pregnant. Have Spotting, Cramping, White And Red Tissues In Pee. Diagnosed With Polip. Baby Heart Beat 180.

Im almost 10 weeks pregnant. I been spotting for the past 3 weeks. It stopped and just started. Cramping all the time. When I pee I have white and red small tissues kind of like oatmeals oats looking. They told me I have a polip and q possible placenta previa. My baby heart beat is around 180. Hello,

Spotting is normal in first trimester of pregnancy.

But if it is heavy and associated with abdominal pain, per vaginal discharge and passage of colts then miscarriage is suspected.

You need to get an ultrasound done for confirmation.

Consult your obstetrician.
