Is It Normal To Feel Fatigue, Cramping, Queasiness While Pregnant?

my Name is symone young, i missed my period this month, i did some calculations and im possibly 5 wks pregnant, ive been feeling light queeziness, fatigue and also cramping in my ribcage here and thier sometimes after meals, feels almost like heart burn, is that normal?

Below are the few symptoms of early pregnancy-
- Nausea with / without vomiting, tiredness
-Tender & swollen breasts
- Slight bleeding & cramping on & off
- increased craving for food
-Headaches & Mood swings
- Constipation etc.

As you have not mentioned about any tests done, I advice you to do a HPT to confirm pregnancy. All your symptoms could be due to pregnancy.
