New Rash . First Appeared On The Legs Monday Morning
Question: new Rash.
First appeared on the legs Monday morning July 1st. These visual red dots are flat and not itching. These spots do not disappear when a glass is pressed against them. There has been no improvement since Monday nor has it gotten any worse.
The second rash also appeared on Monday. It started in the small of my back as small raised bumps that were not visible. On Tuesday these bumps appeared red, started to itch and spread up the spine. This rash also appeared in the front between and below the breasts. In addition, I seem to have similar bumps on my face as well. Not sure if they are the same as the rash on my back or if I was running a fever which produced fever acne. I have not been able to locate my thermometer take my temperature. This rash has shown no improvement since Monday. It seems to be spreading
The rash on the front does not disappear when a glass is pressed against it. I have not checked the rash on the spine. There is no tingling or nerve pain like what you get with Shingles.
I just returned from spending a week in Florida (Friday, XXXXXXX 28th). I have not used any new personal care products or cleaning products. No new medications.
I have had a headache sin Sunday, XXXXXXX 30th. I am a chronic migraine suffer so this in not unusual.

I read your query and here is my advice.
I see the photo you attached and I think most probably it is an allergic rash caused by a food or substance you recently used.
I don't think you may use claritin and benadryl cream but better hydrocortisone cream.
Also use antihistamines such benadryl or citerizine orally to stop spreading anymore.
Also you can do prednisone injection.
If a swelling in mouth and lips start you may need to go to ER for epinephrine and prednisone injections.
I can advise you to visit an alergologyst too in order to do IgE levels and allergy tests to check for the cause of allergic reaction in order to avoid them.
