Question: i have a rash on my thight and foot. then i have a small bump on buttocks. In september i had unprotected sex.

I have a rash on my foot and thigh about a few days now then I have a small bump on my butt that bleeds when I pick at and the other I cant open but that is red at the top. Before i had any rash i had unprotected sex in september.

Eczema & folliculitis, cortisone cream & neosporin ointment

Detailed Answer:
The rash on foot and thigh seems to be eczema.
The bump on the buttock looks like folliculitis which is inflammation of the hair follicle.
On the foot and thigh, I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily and on the buttock apply neosporin ointment on the affected areas twice daily.
