Question: Can erectile problems caused by high cholesterol be reversed? If yes, how?
(age : 28, ldl - 166, triglycaride - 162, hdl - 37, no other health problems exist)

Dont worry at your age erectile problems are mostly psycological.
So avoid stress.
lipid profile abnormality is not a known cause of erectile problem.
What the specific dysfunction are you facing??

I do not really have any such stress at the moment. It's hard, not impossible to get an erection even when I'm alone, morning erections are missing. This has been happening for the last 3+ years. And at the same time the cholesterol level has also been high for 3+ years. That's why I assumed that my cholesterol level may play a role here. Apart from abnormal cholesterol reading I do not seem to have any other serious health problems like diabetes/high blood pressure, and am not event under any great stress as such. I have allergies though : dust,grass etc. and also being treate successfully for that, hemoglobin a1c mildly elevated(6.0), but fasting-non fasting glucose well within normal range.
