When Does Bleeding Start After Using Mtp Kit For Abortion?

doc, there are cramps but no bleeding of any sort and white discharge, does it mean that i am pregnant (1, 2 then, 2 then, in space of 12 hours)what happens if mtp kit taken when not pregnant
