Hello dear
Understand your concern
As your sonography report suggest incomplete abortion, it should be treated by consulting the gynecologist.
Two methods:
Medical drug: misoprostol 400 ug every 6 hourly
Surgical process: evacuation or D &C. Chance of bleeding is less and it is successful if done by experienced hand.
Take rest, analgesics, antibiotics, healthy diet with iron and vitamin supplements and proper pelvic hygiene should be maintained.
Hope this may help you
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
