i had an abortion three weeks everything seem fine until monday 6/11/2012 told i was still pragnact they took a sonogram in found that i still had blood clots in tissue inside my uteris in that i had come in the next day to do the procedure again

I have gone through the query and understood your concern. If retained products of conception have been detected in a repeat sonogram after the abortion, if they are very small, they can be expected to be expelled during the next menstrual period. If they are large enough, they need to be removed through a dilatation and evacuation to ensure that there is no continuous bleeding/ infection. However, you may also get further confirmation through a repeat trans-vaginal sonogram and a clinical opinion to plan further management. Hope this helps.
