A neurologist or an anesthesiologist

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for posting on HCM,

I am glad to assist you with this query and hope you are satisfied at the end.
In your situation, I will recommend either a neurologist or an anesthesiologist. They can assist you with the post-infectious pain that you are currently having.
You could also seek the opinion of a neurosurgeon, if your situation persist despite seeing those specialists.

Hope this helps and wish you the best.
