Question: What to do if I see someone having a seizure.

Brief Answer: My reply is below. Detailed Answer: Hi, Thank you for posting your query. When you someone having a seizure, make him lie down on a flat surface, and turn his body on left side. Make sure he does not get injured by any objects. If possible, try to place a spoon between the teeth, so that he does not bite his tongue (do not put your fingers to keep his mouth open). Do not give him water while he is unconscious, as this can go to the wind pipe causing difficulty in breathing. Midazolam nasal spray can be used to prevent further seizures. Within five minutes, his seizures would stop on own also. After that he can be taken to the nearest hospital. I hope my answer helps.
