Brief Answer:
See a Neurologist, intracranial vascular turbulence.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Hearing your heartbeat in one ear may indicate turbulence on vessels inside the skull.

This may indicate that there is narrowing of such vessels, so, it is better if you see a Neurologist.

Atherosclerosis, vascular malformations etc. may be conditions that may cause turbulence issues on intracranial circulation, so, imaging studies (ultrasound of carotid arteries, MRI/MRA) are necessary also to achieve a correct diagnosis.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Greetings.
