Question: my aunty had heart attack one time 20 days ago, she also have sugar 132, BP 130/80, hemoglobin 70%, chlostrol normal, age 43, weight 70kg, , plz advice what to do for better treatment.

Brief Answer: She has normal findings. Detailed Answer: Hello Thanks for writing to XXXXXXX Your aunty is absolutely normal with medicines.All investigations are within normal limit. It is important to know about blood sugar level,whether it is fasting or post prandial values.If mentioned 132 blood sugar level is fasting then it is slightly increased and she should try to keep it around 100 mg %.If it is post prandial value then it is normal. Her Blood pressure and cholesterol values are also within normal limit. It would be better to understand ECG if it is completely send. Attached reports shows few leads only and it is difficult to interpret from incomplete data. She also need ECHO of heart so that cardiac function is properly assessed. She is getting right medicines.She should take it regularly. She should be active in daily activities.She should go for regular walking.She should avoid red meat,saturated fat,fried foods etc. She should also do meditation and yoga.It helps a lot.
