Brief Answer:
No need to worry.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.

Your complete blood count is normal. Your iron level and transferin saturation is also normal. So it has nothing to do with your iron level.

Ferritine is storage form of iron but it is also acute phase reactant.

So serum ferritine level is also increased in any kind of inflammatory disease. Your thyroiditis can also leads to high ferritine level.

Moreover your ferritine level is 269. Many laboratories considered it has normal. Normal range is 15 to 300 ug/L. So it is not significant.

And mild elevation is also not significant in presence of inflammation.

So no need to worry about your ferritine level. Just go for repeat ferritine level after 3 months.

No treatment is required for that.

Continue your treatment for hypothyroidism according to advise.

Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
