Brief Answer:
Please provide more details

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same .
Now from the description, it looks like you are suffering from a diffuse hair loss.
I would like to know more details about the treatments that you have taken especially allopathic ones.
Also please tell if hair loss is generalised from all over the scalp or is it only from the front region?
Was there any illness or stress in the last two to three months especially before the onset of hair fall?
Are your menstrual cycles regular?

I am sure I will be able to help you more once you provide me the above details .

Brief Answer:
Take regular treatment for hair loss

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

You seem to have two issues. One is diffuse hair fall and the second is that of dandruff .
First of all, I would like to tell you that the treatment of hair fall is a long term treatment and you need to take it regularly in order to see good results. It might take atleast two to three months before you can see a noticable difference in hair growth.
You should start application of minoxidil two percent lotion one ml twice a day over the affected areas of scalp . In addition, apply zydip lotion once a day over the scalp.
You can use scalpe shampoo twice a week . Leave the shampoo over scalp for atleast five minutes before rinsing it need so that the medicines can act. Avoid using hair oil as much as possible .
Take oral biotin 10 mg tablets once a day . Include more of biotin rich foods like carrots, dry fruits, eggs and milk in your diet.

Hope it helps

Brief Answer:
Treatment for hair loss

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

I would like to tell you that we dermatologists basically deal in allopathic medicines.
The treatment as suggested earlier is a very effective treatment for hair loss especially in females and we have been following this regimen in most of our patients. Now the thing is that any kind of treatment for hair loss will not show immediate results. Hair growth has a cycle of events. So any treatment we take for hair fall will take two to three months to show it's results.
So my advise would be that you should follow the regimen regularly for atleast three months continously so as to see a noticable difference .
We usually do not advocate any kind of desi treatments to our patients . But yes, using any kind of hair oil definitely helps by conditioning the hair root.
A diet rich in biotin like carrots, dry fruits, eggs, milk and cheese is good for healthy hair.
