Brief Answer:
About Levothyroxine dose.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

The fact that TSH was over 4 mUi/ ml in January means that she has hypothyroidism that in most cases, it is caused by a chronic autoimmune pathology called Hashimoto thyroiditis.

The treatment consists in taking Levothyroxine tablets lifelong, but the TSH should be monitored continuously to avoid over or under dosage.

I would suggest to take 50 mcg a day regularly and check TSH after 6 weeks. If it will be within the normal ranges continue for other 6 months with the same dose.

Otherwise you need to adjust the dose until you find the proper one.

Hope the information will help.
