Brief Answer:
Could be an infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. There are various infections that can cause a yellowish discharge (especially sexually transmitted). In my opinion it should be an STD, and if at all this is not the first time he is discharging then he should be aware of the discharge as well.

I would recommend the following for confirmation:

+Urine culture and sensitivity examination
+STD-panel
+Physical examination
+Swab test of the discharge sent to the laboratory for analysis

I hope you find my response helpful. please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help.

Best wishes.
