What Does ""unable To Calculate Free Testosterone" Mean?
Question: So I got my hormone results back they took from 7 dpo. Dr said they were fine and confirmd ovulation but what's with the "unable to calculate free testosterone result as one of the parameters has a level below the measuring range".... any idea?

No, it does not rule out PCOS.
PCOS is a complex disorder, it has 3 components, for diagnosis, 2 out of 3 are required.
1. Radiological evidence of polycystic ovaries on ultrasound scanning.
2. Hormonal levels.
3. Symptoms - delayed or irregular cycles, missed periods, acne, bloating, weight gain, skin pigmentation etc.
If any 2 of these 3 are present, PCOS can be diagnosed, so just a normal hormonal test does not rule out PCOS.
