Brief Answer:
Drink plenty of water, cranberry juice will be beneficial

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome.
I have gone through your query.

RBC in urine is usually less than 4 per HPF, this is elevated in urinary tract infection, in your case it is 4 to 6 per HPF, in the absence of any symptoms, I don't think you should be worried about your urine report.

Presently I would suggest you to drink plenty of water, you can also drink cranberry juice which will be beneficial in UTI. I would also suggest you to repeat a test after 15 days.

This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.

I hope this suggestion might be of some help to you.
Take care.

Brief Answer:
You have to be examined to decide on the need of levothyroxine

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome.
It is difficult to say whether you need drug ( levothyroxine) based only on the investigation report without examining you.

It is better if you get yourself examined by your local doctor and also take the investigation report with you. Hope this helps.
Take care.
