Brief Answer:
Polycystic ovaries

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
The ultrasound findings of the ovaries are suggestive of polycystic ovaries.
It can be present in polycystic ovarian syndrome in which there is menstrual irregularities and increased androgen levels in the body, or can be present without any syndrome or symptoms.
If you have no menstrual complains and hormonal disturbance, then there is nothing to worry.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Brief Answer:
No problem in conception

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,

Presence of only polycystic ovaries with any menstrual irregularities or hormonal imbalance do not lead to problem in pregnancy or conception.
You should avoid gaining weight as this leads to hormonal disturbance.
