This lesion in the left ovary is suggestive of an hemorrhagic cyst in the ovary.
Such a cyst is formed by the ruptured follicle during ovulation.
It usually gets resorbed in 2-3 months spontaneously.

Can it cause infertility because I'm anxious to conceive a baby. How will it be treated?

I have done ultrasound today and is written in the impression that it is left ovarian endometrioma. Is it a chocolate cyst?
