Brief Answer:
Medical management is preferable

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
I have reviewed the reports and prescription papers.
The findings are suggestive of adenomyosis of the uterus with infection of the fallopian tubes.
In this situation, there are two treatment modalities.
One can go either for surgical or medical management.
Medical management includes drugs like tranexemic acid and progesterones.
Since the age of the patient is less than 40 years, then hysterectomy is not a good choice in this patient.
It is better to take medical management for this situation.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Dear Mam,
Thank you so much for your valuable time.
Please allow me to ask one more concern for your valuable guidance, 'at what percentage the Medical management is more effective than Surgical intervention or vice versa.'

Brief Answer:
medical management is effective

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
Medical management is effective in 60-70% cases, while surgical procedure is 100% effective as the target organ is removed.
Removing uterus at this age is not recommended, as there is hormonal imbalance after removal of uterus.
