Brief Answer:
Increased dose of siphene

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
I have reviewed the report.
It is suggestive of bilateral polycystic ovaries without any dominant follicle.
Since there is no dominant follicle till 10 th day of cycle, chances of ovulation are almost nil in this cycle.
Endometrial thickness is also less.
I will suggest you to get an increased dose of siphene in next cycle so that the ovulation occurs. If lower doses are unable to induce ovulation, then increased doses of siphene are required. Endometrial thickness can be increased by estrogen supplementation.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
