Brief Answer:
They may remove ovaries presence of cysts.

Detailed Answer:
Hello welcome to health care magic.
Iam Dr Ganesh.

1. There are few types of hysterectomy performed, they are as follow.
Partial - where cervix is left intact.
Complete / Total - where cervix and uterus is removed.
Radical - where uterus, cervix, tubes and ovaries will be removed.

2.Your uterus measurements appears bulky.

3.Regarding nabothian cyst you don't have to worry, they can be there for any time they do not cause any harm ( depending on the size - some times it may cause mass effect ).

4.Cystic lesions may complicate in few cases, so its up to the operating doctor and age of the patient.

5. If ovaries are left, then suggest you to have a followup scans done.

Hope i have answered your query.
