Brief Answer:
Premature ovarian failure

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I read your query and I understand your concerns about ovulation problem and correlation with blood tests.

Following is my reply:

1) By your history and blood test it appears that you have undergone premature ovarian failure. Meaning your ovary has no follicles ( eggs).

2) In such circumstances you cannot get pregnant by your eggs. Chances of pregnancy are almost nil.

3) You need to undergo IVF with donor eggs. Means you have to borrow eggs from a donor to get pregnant.

Let me know if you have anymore questions.

Dr. Mahesh Koregol
