Hi,
I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.

From what I have read in your echocardiogram report, I noted that the cardiac echocardiogram parameters were found more aggravated: mild dilatation of left atrium and ventricle.

Further tests are advised to reevaluate your current heart problems. The best examinations to do so is trans esophageal echocardiogram which offer the best view and measure of heart.

Hope this was of help!
Wish you health!

Hello, thanks for your respond. I received a phone call from the doctors nurse, and they are sending me to electrophysiologist . I wish the doctor would of called and explained to me just what to expect, and what is really going on. The nurse just mentioned just that i need to see specialist.. Can you look at my few reports i send you and give me down to earth,to non doctor human explanaition, please. My blood work came in fine.
In august i was on the lake michigan on jet ski .i had very smalllife jacket on.Size M kids.Water was 53F. we fell in.i didn't panick because i am in the water, but it was so cold,i tried to inhale and i couldn't.life jacket was so thight. we were in for maybe 4 minutes.week later i started having issues to inhale enough.i went almost a month before i went to the doctor. just to inhale made me exhausted. few weeks later i developed a cough.lungs were clear,no astma, test showed not enough exhaling.Blood work showed AST and ATL liver enzymes were very high.after a month enzymes went back to normal.i am suppose to see liver doc again next week.
Few things I know,i can't run.my exercise are much less what i could do before. When I try to run,i feel my chest rips.i don't push. i stay just on walking, abs, legs.
my legs from the knees down at night time looks puffed, painfull, swallen, not enough to look sick ,but it changed. trobbing pulling pain.
Cough is always there.sometimes i feel like my heart stops for a second, and then pops.what brings me feeling anxious, weird.
sometimes i am so short of breath, and then headaches come. i used to love being warm, now that makes me feel i am about to pass out...
I changed.I don't like it .I want me and my life back. What can i do ? maybe i need no doctor.just workout...harder...andall comes back?

Hi back,

Thank you for providing additional information.

1. From what you are describing, I think you are under a lot of pressure. Stress and anxiety are the worst factors to aggravate your actual symptoms.

2. I am happy to hear that you are going to consult with the specialist and will run further tests. Altogether, they will help rule out any cardiovascular issues you might have.

3. With regards to slight swelling in the legs and not being able to run, it might be due to mitral regurgitation issues.

Meantime I advise to :
- reduce salt intake
- avoid alcohol
- discuss with the specialist to start treatment with diuretics

Hope it answered to your queries!
