I have been having some pain in my left knee while driving and experiencing Acne Problem on my face for quite some time now. The Acne are quite regular and occur in 3-4 numbers at a time and are painful, they also leave a scar on the face. I have tried lot of medications but nothing is working.

Brief Answer:
Acne treatment takes long time so complete course of medicine is needed.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to H.C.M.

I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.

You are right that your Cholesterol , Triglyceride and LDL are slightly raised.

Your hair fall can be due to change of water, nutritional deficiency and change of shampoo also acts as provoking factor for hair fall.

This hair fall can be controlled so you do not need to worry.

I will advise you to follow these steps -

1) Tablet- Minocycline 100 mg twice a day for 21 days.

2) Differin Gel .1% (Adapalene Gel) - Apply once daily on face after proper cleaning of face on bed time.

3) Avoid oily food, smoking, alcohol and spicy food because your lipid profile is deranged.
No more medicine (You are already taking Tablet Crevast 5mg for Cholesterol) is needed for this lipid profile because it can be normal with Diet control and Crevast 5mg .

4) Daily exercise for 30 minutes.

5) Tab Biotin 5 mg daily for hair fall and it may need for long time.

6) Continue Tab-Febuxostat for Uric Acid
Tab -Crevast 5mg for Cholesterol.
Mintop 5% for Hair.
Mintop has very good effect for hair fall but it is taken for long time so do not stop it until advised.
Discuss regarding this treatment with your treating doctor.

You needed complete follow up to to observe improvement in Acne, Hair fall and lipid Profile so that any changes in medicine and dosage can be done.

Hope this answers your question.

Please do not hesitate for any query.
I will be happy to answer your questions.
