DIFFUSE URINARY BLADDER WALL THICKENING WITH TRABECULATIONS.

GRADE III PROSTATOMEGALY WITH SIGNIFICANT POSTVOID RESIDUE.

DOCTOR SUGGEST TO SURGERY.
