Patient may need few more tests like PSA estimation and may be prescribed medicines like tamsulosin etc.
This is generally a manageable condition and it is not dangerous.

DIFFUSE URINARY BLADDER WALL THICKENING WITH TRABECULATIONS.

GRADE III PROSTATOMEGALY WITH SIGNIFICANT POSTVOID RESIDUE.
