- take warm water in a cup and add 1 tsf salt in it, perform mouth wash(gargles) with it thrice a day for 3 days.
- take hot water in a pot and place it infront of you. cover the pot and your head with a sheet and take deep breaths over the steam. this will give soothing effect.
- cetirizine one at night for 3 days
