After having gone through the result of the lab tests I am of the opinion that she is having Iron deficiency anemia which causes small light colored RBCs along with variation in size of RBCs to pencil shaped cells, oval shaped cells with low hemoglobin level.
Nothing to worry, it is a treatable condition, very common condition in women especially in XXXXXXX set up.
I would like to know the following details about your aunt.
1. Is she vegetarian?
2. Is she suffering from any blood loss, e.g. heavy menses, vomiting blood, passing black stools?
3. Does she take Aspirin or other drugs that cause gastric ulceration or have a history of indigestion or difficulty swallowing?
She needs stool analysis to be done to rule out any blood, or parasitic infection.

my aunt has no complaints before..normal menstrual cycles ,no h/o of medications. no h/o of blood loss ..stool analysis was not done....does she improve with iron injections or packed cells? n why she had low wbc count
