Further I want to mention here that some times i feel itching in my body with red rashes in the body and it used to come and automatically goes after some time. I consulted the dermatologist and he told its a sweat allergy and nothing to worry. He told you do your exercise regularly.

In this regard your opinion is solicited....

Brief Answer:
Need to diet and exercise strictly.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Greetings from Dr.Divakara.P
Thanks for posting your query.

Well your blood report is fine.

As of weight reduction is concerned you need to do strict low calorie and low cholesterol diet along with daily aerobic exercise.

1. Diet : Start eating slightly less than what you used to eat usually. For example if you used to eat 3 roti make it 2 and half. Don't restrict your diet too much also .

Avoid sweets, Carbonated drinks, alcohol, Egg Yolk, Mutton, Beef, cheese, butter and dry fruits. Avoid junk foods.

Eat more of fruits, vegetables and drink plenty of water.

2. Exercise : You need to do daily exercise for at least 20- 30 minutes . Aerobic exercises like Brisk walking, jogging, running, treadmill, cycling or swimming are good for weight loss.

Coming to skin rashes or itching it could be due to food allergy or allergy to dust or sweat allergy.

One thing what you can do is do vigorous exercise so that you sweat a lot and see if the skin rashes appear . Do this for a week and observe . If it happens then it is due to sweat allergy. But if it doesn't happen then there is a possibility of food allergy or dust allergy.

In that case observe what kind of food you have taken when the rashes appear and see if it happens to any particular food or not.

I also advise you to get Stool for Ova , cyst, AEC and Serum IgE tests for the evaluation of Skin rashes.

Hope this information was useful to you.
Any clarifications feel free to ask.

Regards.

Brief Answer:
Nothing needs to be done for ESR.

Detailed Answer:
HI

ESR is a non specific test, it can be raised in viral infection , stress to some serious problems like TB or cancer. Since you have skin rashes we can assume that is the cause of raised ESR and nothing special needs to be done for that.

Normal RBC count in male is approximately 4.5 to 6 million cells/ul (microliter). So you have a normal RBC count.

Hi...Sir,

As per your advise I will follow the daily workout schedule and carry out the stool for Ova , cyst, AEC and Serum IgE tests for the evaluation of Skin rashes.

Sir, I would like to mention here that I am feeling dryness in my mouth early in the morning and some times during night while in bed. The mouth become normal by taking water or after doing brush in the morning. Occasionally feeling some dryness in the throat with mild uneasiness. For your information, I completely stopped smoking since 4 months. In this regard I consulted a dental surgeon and he advised me to take water and told don't worry it will normalise. Is this related to allergy let me know.

thanking you,

Brief Answer:
Its normal but get your blood sugars checked once.

Detailed Answer:
HI

Well it is very common in many people having dry mouth. There is no need to do anything for that .

But only one advise I want to give is to get tested for Diabetes as Diabetes is one of the cause for excess thirst.

No its not due to allergy.

Hope this information was useful.
Any further clarifications feel free to ask.
