What Does This Blood Report Indicate?

Question: just now ihave recived my blood report ,which is like this--iron - 20( low)mg and tibc -306 and transferin saturation is 6( low) blood urea nitrgen is 22 i am a pt of hypothyriod since 1992 and taking eltrosin 100 and it is measured normal, iam also suffering from anal fissure for that im taking regularly since 6 month cremaffin syrup. kindly advice me

1. Change fenofibrate to saroglitazar 4mg/d
