Brief Answer:
Dose increment is warranted.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I am a physician and had been associated with department of endocrinology in the past. Since your question was unattended for awhile, I shall choose this opportunity to answer on behalf.

TSH of 10 is quite below the target value of 3. Further you seem to have reduced the dose from 175mcg to 75mcg, 2 months ago (against the opinion of previous endocrinologist) thus leading to higher TSH value. Your T3 and T4 value has also come down compared to the last report. You need a dose increment. In this context you need dose increment. At this point, may I ask your current weight?

Regards

Brief Answer:
Your weight seems ideal...

Detailed Answer:
Your weight seems ideal. And if you had no symptoms of hyperthyroidism like palpitations, sweating and anxiety, you could have continued with your previous dose as suggested by the doctor earlier.

In this circumstance, I would recommend you getting back to the same dosage or atleast 125mcg of thyronorm. Discuss with your treating doctor.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.
