What Does This LFT Report Indicate?

Question: My liver function test results indictae
SGOT 74.4
SGPT 92.3
GGT 60.8
I have had a gallbladder surgery 2 years ago
what does my report indicate
please help.

I do not think it is due to Gall bladder surgery.

Yes, your enzymes are raised.
But I do not think it is due to Gall bladder surgery.
Are you over weight ?
Is there any history of alcohol consumption ?
Does your liver on sonography show fat content ?
Have you taken any antibiotics or other medication recently ?
Have you had a bout of viral fever recently ?

Please answer these queries for me to guide you better.

I have not gone for a sonography yet.
I have not had any viral fever recently neither am i on any medication
or used any antibiotic recently,but yes I am slightly over weight due to which i started walking and working out and after a few days of walking and working out daily i started getting these bouts of pain in the right upper quadrant so that is why i had this LFT done.

Also I forgot to mention that I have never consumed any kind of alcoholic beverages.

please get a sonography done.
Your doctor may also like to test you for various kinds of Hepatitis.
He may also put you on liver supplements that should take care of your raised enzymes.
Meanwhile restrict fats in your diet till you see your doctor.
